NSDL despatched the Pan Card by EXPRESS IT Logistics World Wide
to Chennai with Airbill No: 2924671901, on 6th July. Surprisigly the pan
card has not been delivered till date & on contacting the ExpressIT Logistics
there is no response from their Customer Care. & Hence I had to visit their
office in chennai where in I have found that there is no one to speak properly
in this regard. I had met MR Kesavan (9380016142) who is branch manager at
Chennai. It wagely replies the Document had been handed over to delivery boy

Moreover the tracking tool of the Expressit Website shows the document has been deliverd to some MR Raja.on 8th July at 8:55 pm
On Contacting Anthony I was surprised he states that pan Card delivery
they doesnt have to check the person and had given the document some where in
our Area. But confirned that he hadnt visited our residence & they always just
drop the pancards in the boxes hanging near the gates and Moreover he himself
doesnt know actually where he had deliverd/ Dropped this specific Document. Please Help in this regard.
