I Dr. P.E.Sony lal with Dezire AP16BL 5721 purchased car from mithra agencies, vijayawada, in may had problem with battery, hence I have given the vehicle for servicing on 28-6-10, but my vehicle was held for one week with out giving a spare battery, on insisting so they replaced with spare battery and handed over the vehicle after 5 days.

second complaint my wife has (T.Sahithi) new Wagan R TR no: 7802, which was given for first servicing and on the way the drivier has made an accident and this was not informed to me and they got it repaired and now they wnated me to pay for that (Rs1500). I think it is the responsibillity of the service station to inform me in such a situiation and bring it to my notice rather than getting it repaired with out my consent and now after I insisited them they want to collect that money Rs 1500 from that driver.
