Complaint of AC and milage and Batery backup

From the date of purchase (15th Feb) My car is giving proper milage of 10 to 12Km/ltr Even after 3rd service Dealer responce is not satisfactry and the AC is also not working properly. My car batery was dead when my car was park for 5 days.the dealer staff are not giving any responce every time. My Car Number Is DL 8C M 6668, Engine Number 11336, Chase Number 10495... Please See After it.
