I had the most harrowing experience getting my car serviced by Rama Motors. Firstly, the person who sold the car to me, quit, and then the person who serviced it twice quit. The dearlers regularly have an attrition issue. To my horror, this time when i wengt for the service I asked the receptionist to get me to the owner's son Mr. Aditya and the lady refused saying he is busy in a meeting. I could see him in front of me in his glass room but JUST not bothered to attend his customers. Then after a lot of pleading she called the workshop manager, who kept on apologizing for not being able to take my car for servicing since he was facing absenteesim issues with his ENTIRE staff. What a way to shoo away a customer. Can someone please tell me how the entire staff vanishes everytime there is an issue with the car??? I am sure the way the treat thier customers, they would be treating staff as well, not I am not surprised to see new faces everytime. I owned a Tata Safari earlier and due to loyalty to the brand and service I got earlier i decided to buy Linea. I had the most pathetic experience everytime I have gone back for the service. At the time of delivery of the car as well I was told time of delivery three times and made to wait till 9 pm only to finally take delivery. Disgusting!! Definately my last time with your brand. Painful. If you claim to be selling luxury cars atleast tie up with dealers who beleive in your brand and service policy.
