First Flight
Non receipt of consignment

I have won a gift from smsfi.com for which deleivery is to be made from First flight courier service and I have to pay 500 Rs. against the same. The consignment arrived in here a few days back, but the delievery boy never showed up in my apartment and your person call me saying that the delivery boy turned back accounting for no availability in the apartment. I have double checked from security also as no one has arrived for the same.

The person from the courier rudely answers that I have to take the courier manually from 101, O-block sec-12, noida or he will return it back.
