Fix it Pro 5000
Non receipt of product

I have booked one Fix it Pro 5000 on 14.08. The amount of Rs.2094/- was recovered through my ICICI bank credit card. On enquiry it has been informed that the item was sent ide Parcel No. M930254 and the booking no. is 1813274. I have lodged a complaint on phone no. 022-40989529 on 02.09.2010. I am regularly enquiring at post office located in our area about receipt of the parcel I request you to send immediatelysome information.
