I had booked a flight from Chandigarh to delhi on 27 June at 9:30 A.M . I had done so because I had a connecting flight from Delhi to Goa of Goair at 12:45P.M. My flight was rescheduled from 9:30 to 11 and I was not informed about the delay in advance (Got a call at 7:30 A.M). Hence I could not do an alternate arrangement. When I contacted the staff, I was assured that they would speak to goair officials, and my boarding pass would be ready when I reach Delhi. However, when the flight landed, I was not given any assistance and was told that nothing can be helped once checkin counters close. As a result, I missed my flight. This led to a lot of inconvenience (time) and stress. Moreover on the spot booking was very costly and I lost 9000 Rs due to negligence of kingfisher airlines. I was not given any compensation or refund even after explaining my condition. I am highly dissatisfied with the service and would think twice before booking a flight with them.
