I had insured my car Grande Punto with Future Generali its been less than 2 months i got my brand new car and an unfortunate accident led to all the four alloy wheels getting damaged... now Future Generali Claims would not honor the insurance... pathetic service... even worse the cars been in the workshop awaiting an approval for over 3 weeks and now i'm being told that it will not be honored for the alloys... wat a joke... why do we have to pay the insurance... is it not for unforeseen incidents like this... the surveyor's lack technical knowledge and even after Fiat corroborating the claim... Future Generali is of no help... utterly useless to get this company to insure your car or anything for that matter... and even after complaining the same to their customer service... theres nothing done about it... refer to 1000217662
