Not lifting the telephones

Dear Sir,

I want to compliant on the Madhavi Gas agency of tolichowki, why the phones are given by the Government they are just keeping aside, every time i will try only engage tone will come since one week iam trying, what those people will do i dont know. this has to be looked in to it very seriously we every one is facing the same proble, and we all jod holders where we cannt go and stand at office every time if we give SMS they are telling as it was not reched to them so the booking is not accepted. plz suggest what shall i do
