Not deliver the cylinde

Sir/madam

Without wasting your precious time i would like to say that I have booked my cylinder on 19th june They generated the receipt of that on 22nd june that is fine but the price mentioned was Rs 245/-

But the agency persons struck off the price and mentioned over Rs 295/- which was hiked later.

When the delivery person came to my house i asked about the same he refused to tell anything.

Also the seal of the cylinder was not there, i told him to measure that he told to me to measure that by myself. He does not have any measuring scale.

After a week i still did not collect the cylinder and they refused to give that to me.

I i don't know what should i do. WE do not have gas for cooking for last 2 days.
