New Product failure issue

I booked a new vehicle (Hero Honda - Hunk) on May 31st 2011 in an authorised Hero Honda Showroom. It is Mohana Motors in Velacherry, Chennai. I got the new vehicle delivery on June 13th evening by 6:00 pm. The vehicle allotted t me had noise in the engine. When I enquired about that, I was told that since the petrol is very minimal in the petrol tank, the sound is coming. So, I took the bike and filled the petrol tank, but still the noise was there. I again came to the showroom and enquired about the same. Again I was told that the engine needs to get set and the mechanic asked me to use the bike for two days and then it will get solved. But even after two days, the problem was still there. So, I again went to Mohana Motors and informed the same. Then they said they will check it and asked me to handover the bike. So, I handed over the bike on 15th June and waited there to know about the fault. After checking, they told me that the oil pump is not working in that bike and it will take two working days to rectify it. They asked me to collect the bike on Friday (17th June). Then, I contacted Mohana Motors on Friday before starting from my home to take the bike. They said that they have ordered some engine part and that it will take one more day. So they asked me to collect the bike on Monday (20th June). Then, I contacted Mohana Motors on Monday, but again they said the same reason and asked me to collect on tuesday (21st June). This continued for the whole week, day by day. Finally, I contacted them on Next Monday (27th June). Then the deputy manager told that I will get bike only on the next day, for which I did not accept and after a long conversation with another manager, they accepted to give me the bike on Monday (27th June) evening after 6:00 pm. Then I took the bike by 6:00 pm and I am currently using it now. I am really disappointed with the service that i got from Mohana Motors. I did not even receive a single call from Mohana Motors from the time of booking to till date to tell me the update atleast. They did not even mind to update me about the delay. This has been really a bad experience for me. Also, I wonder how Hero Honda delivered such a faulty bike to its dealers. With the engine noise itself, Hero Honda should have stopped this bike from delivery. I am really frustrated by the Mohana Motors have carried out this issue. I am using hero Honda bikes from the time I got driving license, but I had wonderful moments with them. But this time I am very much frustrated with Hero Honda also because they have delivered such a faulty bike. I write this complaint on Mohana Motors, who was not responsible in this issue and they have not even apologised even once for this delay. I want a compensation for such a delay and for not updating their customer for the delay and also for not apologising. Hero Honda should have tracked whether every thing is smooth with the customer when the situation like this. But this also has not happened. So, I require compensation from Hero Honda for delivering me a faulty bike and for my frustration. My invoice number with Mohana Motors is 11160-02-SINV-0611-1963.
