Regarding undelievering the documents to the mentioned address

Dear Sir/Madam,

Iam Archana from Bangalore. I have sent a courier on 13/01 to following Address :-

Ashram Ward

Alleppey

Kerala – 688006

Mb:- 09895064714

And Provided Tracking No:- BLR414162083

But there was a call from your alleppey office informing that they cannot deliver the courier

directly to the house. They advised that it should be collected from their Alleppey office.

Please Note that I had sent courier earlier also to this address thru professional courier

Which was delivered without any problem. Hence, I do not understand why there is a

Problem this time

Please can you help me in this matter and sort out this issue.
