Bad behavior by Goair Ticketing staff at Delhi airport

My parents traveling from Delhi to Mumbai on the 28th May, both being

Senior Citizens of India.

On inquiring at the Goair counter at the Delhi Airport Mr. Ishant

Mathur who was at the counter said that Goair dose not provide Senior

Citizen discount, on calling at the call center on 9223222111 we were

informed that they are entitled to a Senior Citizen Discount of 10%,

then why did Mr. Ishant Mathur not inform about the discount.

At the call center I spoke to Mr. Jai, Who got in touch with Mr.

Nadeem at the Delhi airport who informed my father Mr. Rajinder Madan

that they would be provided with a difference amount voucher from

Goair which they could utilize within a year, which they refused

later. This was passing wrong information second time over.

Knowing they are senior citizens this is how they have behaved with my parents.

this type of behavior is not done, if no action is taken, a legal notice and claim is going to be put against GOair.
