Sterring problem

I purchased my car in 2008 and its been 2 years of using it and when we bought it ..after 2 months its not comfortable for driving .sometimes it creates some problem and sometime another problem .and presently it is standing in service centre from past 3 months .and service centre worker are not giving us proper satisfaction ..so kindly look after my problem because now its reaaly bad to think that i have a car but still im not having it... thanking you
