If some one can help please help me!!!

I have sent two mails with the below contents to "[email protected]"... but there is no response.. The train got cancelled due to non of my faults... but still my refund has not been done.

I have filed a TDR on 3rd july and yet to rceive my refund after 90 days. Please find below the Details:

Refund Amount: Rs.0.00

As per my call today to the number 011-39340000, they have guided me to refer to the addressed mail id.
