MANUFACTURING DEFECT

Iam GOWTHAM RAJ from tamilnadu (coimbatore). I TOOK BIKE IN (CAG PRIDE) in febrauary from the very second day i have problem in my bike (TN 38 BA 2946). THE SERVICES MADE BY HERE ARE NOT PROPER AND NOT SATISFIED MANUFACTURING DEFECT IS ALSO MORE . I HAVE FAULTS IN ELECRONIC CIRCUITS AND POWER OF LIGHT IS SO DIM . SOME FAULTS ARE CLEARED BY THE SERVICE CENTER BUT THE POWER OF LIGHT IS SO BAD AND I MET WITH AN ACCIDENTS AND GOT INJURIES .I FACED SO MANY PROBLEMS DUE TO THIS BIKEAND ALSO THE SERVICE MANAGER COMPROMISED ME.SO I DID NOT TOOK ANY LEGAL ACTIVITES . I NEED TO GET THIS PROBLEM CORRECTED VERY SOON OR ELSE I WILL FILE A SUITE IN COURT..
