DELAY IN REPAIR

I HAD GIVEN MY CAR, VERSA, CHASIS # 108829-ENGINE#168869, TO ABOVE SERVICE STATION ON 31ST MARCH WITH A COMPLAINT OF STARTING PROBLUM. ON INSPECTION THEY REORTED THAT THE ALTERNATOR REQUIRED TO BE RENEWED AND I ADISE THEM TO RENEW THE ALTERNATOR.AND EFFECT THE REPAIR URGENTLY. TILL TO THIS DATE, 14TH MAY I HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE CAR AFTER REPAIR. THEY STATE THAT THEY DID NOT RECEIVE THE ALTERNATOR FROM MARUTHI YET. TELL ME WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW. I AM HAVING LOT OF INCVENIENCES FOR NOT HAVING MY CAR BACK AND ALSO INCURRING MONITORY LOSS.
