Overcharging while booking with out proper information

Hello,

I booked a ticket, for my journey from Kochi to Ahmedabad on 19th of April online through the go ibibo site on 07th April and the payment was made through online SBI ATM/Debit card. Through out the transaction it was showing that an amount of Rs: 6217 will be deducted from my account. After the transaction was over I received an email from go ibibo site that the ticket was booked. Immediately another email came from the Indigo site mentioning that a total of Rs. 6506 was deducted from the account and the extra amount accounted to transaction charges. but during the entire process it was not mentioned and I would like to know whose fault was that and enough information be given in the websites of - SBI online, go ibibo and Indigo - regarding the extra charge. I would like to know whether I will get the extra amount which was deducted - Rs. 324 - refunded, as I was not informed prior to or during the process of these online transaction.
