Extra charges for flight modifications

My PNR number is peuecr. I booked a round trip from Delhi to Hyderabad & return. Date of departure from Delhi is 13th August. return ticket was for 18th August.

I changed the date for my return trip from Hyderabad to Delhi for 14th November. I was wrongly charged 1500/ as re-scheduling charges. 6E 302 flightno.

I was supposed to be charged for rescheduling for one side only. Kindly look into the matter and refund the extra payment to me at the earliest.
