Non Availablity of spare parts

This is very surprising that i am not getting spare parts (Block kit, Oil pump, Roker, Oil pump spoket) of PLESURE for a month. What should i do. I have bought this just 7 month before. Is it a kind of after sale service should we expect from a company like hero honda.
