Starting problem, speedometer senso

Sir,

i am raj kishor rautaray..i have bought a karizma r white coloured having no. OR 05 AR 4149..On 29th august..but i am having many problems like speedometre sensor and oil key, and the most big problem is the break down of starting on rainy days, after changing the sparking plug..i have bought it from JMG AUTOMOBILES PVT LTD, CUTTACK... i have already done four free servicing in dinesh trad.co. khurdha..i have already complaint from 1st servicing but they are neglecting on such things...

therefore i request you to consider my complaint and take some reaction about my problems,
