Faurd that is happened from hero honda dealers

I sent a total of three mails to you.

After sending the the first mail the staff of the Herohonda dealer from vijayawada posing as service engineers cheated me.

After sending the second mail service engineer Mr. Basavaraju came to kandukur. Though I tried to show the proofs there was no response from him.

After sending third mail, The managers of Herohonda showroom from Vijayawada & Ongole along with three unknown persons total 5 persons came in Quallis vehicle

no: AP-16 AH-3666 and thretened us on 6th by 3.30 p.m. they came to Kandukur to our shop. The details are as follows:-

What is your demand?

I replied that since you have cheated me, I request you to replce a new vehicle

They replied that you have used the vehicle for 1 1/2 years how can you expect a new vehicle. We will arrange new spareparts for the old ones. The mistake was done

inadvertantly.

I replied that it was not a mistake. It was clear-cut cheating. so you have to pay compensation. I don't want to be cheated again and again. I demand that you

should give me a new bike. Otherwise I will try to burn this bike before your showroom by dousing with petrol. Then their resoponse was like this.

we appreciate you! Inform us before you burn the bike. We will also see and enjoy. Even if you burn the bike or publicise our frandulent dealings to public

through media, it will not diminish or tarnish the brand image of Herohonda. Nobody will stop from buying our product.

please show me a place when there is no fraud or cheating. Justice is not perpetuated in judiciary. After the death of Mahatma Gandhiji, the father of the

Nation no body is practising truth or honesty. If we do not Cheat the public in one way or the other how can we live. We have dealerships in many places and

we enjoy a lot of influence through our Companies. What ever we say is truth. Company people cannot do us any harm. The service engineer also toe our line of

thinking. It is to your utter disadvantage. We can harm you if we so like. It takes us no time to harm to you. So becareful. In this way they warned me.

From 3.30 P.M. to 6.00P.M. this process of threatening continued unabated.

We recorded all this talk through our cellphone. For every complaint they want proof to be shown. I asked my friend to take a photograph of the Quallis in

which they arrived. When he was taking photographs the said five people surround him and snatched away the cellphone and deleted all that was already recorded

from the phone.

The Manager of Ongole showroom asked my friend whether he knows them whom they are. He said that he is C.I. from crime branch. What is your Qualification?

I will book F.I.R. against you, I will spoil your life. Many big people are involved in this issue. I will see your end. He further said that he enjoys

a lot of political background. Later he asked my friend about me What is your friend's background? What are his other types of business? What is his father's

name? We will leave you if you tell all these things. With this incident my friend was frightened to the core.

Though we wanted to lodge a complaint with the police people, I was prevented by the persons at home. Later they went to Mr. RamanaReddy, the owner of

the Petrolbunk and asked him to interfere and find an amicable solution. They informed Mr. Ramanareddy that the fault lies with them. But no settlement

was possible through him.

As a businessman, I value every rupee. I don't want to waste even a single rupee unnecessirily. I came up on self efforts though Iam a person of the

specified nature, I have got ready to burn my bike worth 54, 000/-. It is the result of your irresponsibility and forced irritation. They are in a position

to think that nothing will happen, as the Herohonda has a great brand value. They admit publicly that these type of cheating is common at every dealer.

They are asking me listen to their words and do what they have said. I want to teach a lesson for the dealer like this by taking all the issue along with

the proofs to the print and electronic media. I hope that no dealer will come forward to Cheat the customers this way. They said that everything you do is

useless. Nothing will happen to them. Nobody can change them. They remarked my efforts useless. Though the dealer is not ashamed of doing repeated Cheating,

you are not brave enough to do Justice for the Customer like me. Hats-off to you for your courage and sincerity. It is my last mail. I have not enough time

and patience to send mails. I have already lost my faith towards your timely response.

after they threatend me on 6.2.10, I tried to inform the Service engineer Mr. Basavaraju about how they threatened me. I phoned him more than 15 times but

he has not lifted and answered my phone. I think it is useless to deal with him. I want a reply and reasonable response from you in three days. If not I cannot

do anything except burning my bike.

I don't want the replacement of the bike. I don't want to buy any bike of your brand all my life. Take back the bike and return the amount of 54, 000/-

that was paid by me at the time of purchasing. Your dealer has threatened me that he could do any harm against me. What can he do? He may disturb my

wealth and kill me. But Iam ready to face any conquence. Finally I am taking leave from you with infinite thanks, as your dealer has repeatedly Cheating and the

Company has been silent as a dumb person. If you are not in a position to know and enquire over the issue though I have informed you that I am getting ready to

burn bike; You will have to face and experience the consequences.

I want to spread the issue of your Cheating all over the Country. I am ready to spend on this issue. I will prove the power of the Customer to your

sleeping Company. I will close the curtain over the immense belief and faith on your Brand. Don't think that I have no such scope. I am a person who can do 100%

what I have already told you. I cannot bare any Cheating done by anybody. I take your Cheating as an insult. At first I though that your Mechanic was Cheat.

Later it was proved in the matter of your dealer and the Service engineer. I have already confirmed this. Please informed me in three days. Whether the Company

is also Corrupted.

I want to ask one Question. What is the aim or motto of Herohonda. Is it Service oriented or Cheating and threatening the Customers? When the dealers are

doing a lot of harm to the Customers what prevents you to take stringent action against the dealer. How many persons will you send to fight against the Customer?

Even Service engineers toe his line. I demand total Justice from you. Is there no method to check or control the dealer, Why do you pay a deafear to our

compliants? There is no proper response from you. I think your Company is in slumber. Open your eyes. Otherwise Customers like me will be put to a lot of

hardship and suffering. It does not answer well for the reputation and goodwill of your esteemed Company. One mistake will cause a lot of damage. So arise and

awake and take prompt action. Against the erring dealer and do me Justice.
