I booked a karizma zmr .. till i dont get this

I booked a herohonda karizma zmr (white)

on 22/ 01 .. but till i not get this bike... i want know the maximum booking days . my booking outlet is jct motors thiruvanthapuram.. i think the retailer is resold the vehicle to another for a margin..the retailer tells that herohonda is not loading the bike to thier. will you please take an apt decision
