POOR SERVICE

I have bought a hero honda karizma and its continuesly creating problem and the company and the dealer is not able to rectify the problem insted the have started misbehaving... below are the mails which i have sent to the company.

Dear Sir,

After my last mail I got my bike back after 2 days and the engine problem was resolved but after 4 -5 days the brake started creating problem

(The brake gets jam after 10 -15 Kms and sometimes even after 4-5 Kms) and I visited your local dealer so many time but he was not able to resolve the problem. They even changed a part which is attached to Disk Brake. I have also given a brief about this problem to Mr. Rajesh having cell number- 9810865600 from your delhi office.

In between these days there were so many visits when they did not made the job sheet and said this visit will be entered in last job card because the problem is same.

On 20th when I went to workshop they said that that our engineer from Chandigarh is coming on 22nd u come on 22nd. So I went on 22nd and Engineer Anurag gave a test drive to my bike and the bike Jammed after 3.5 Kms and he said this will take 12-15 Days and when I asked why so long he said because Mujhe bhi samjh nahi aa rahi hai kya problem hai.. then I said please try to resolve the problem within 2-3 days then the owner of the dealership Mr. Parshant said main yeh thik nahi karauga jahase karwani hai karwa le or jise bolna hai bool de and then they took the bike out of there gate and said we will not repair it and also misbehaved with me and that too physically.

Sir I have also given a application regarding this incidence to the local Police Station but I think I have made a big mistake by purchasing a hero Honda bike because no company has right to behave with the customer like this who has spent his hard owned money. Now when the companies higher officials like you are not ready to help me then I am left with no other option except going to Consumer Court because I cannot handle any more Gundagardi of your dealer.

Dear Sir,

I really don't know how to begin since i am furious and short of words. This is regarding my Hero Honda Bike which I purchased in the month of June from your Mandi Based dealer M/S Dee Kay Motors against Invoice Number -242 Datet-24/06/09 . Now the story is that my bike has done 2737 Kms and the first service was done on 21/7/09 when the meter reading was 510 kms and Second service (2500-2800 KMS) was due and when I went to

Dee Kay Motors to Hand Over My bike for servicing the concerned person took a trial of my Bike and said he will give the Bike back after some days, when I showed my concern over this and asked why, his behavior was so rude he said some noises are coming from engine and there is some major problem in it and we don’t have the spare part in our stock or “jab aayega tab daldenge” it will take time, he said the engine might have seized due to lack of Engine oil. His way of talking was like it is some some kind of "ehsaan"they are doing on the customer. The service people at your dealer end are not only utterly rude but also treat themselves to be some kind of self styled bosses, like “jab theek ho jayegi to mil jayegi”. These arrogant and in human persons will make Hero Honda lose its customers and degrade reputation of an internationally renowned company who has worked so hard to reach this position. This Kind of service and service representatives are dangerous not only for me but for you also because it will inspire customers toward other companies in the market. I never expected such an horrifying experience from a dealer and his officers in charge of the company like Hero Honda.

My only concern is if the engine is Seized before the due service period it is a technical problem and the engine should be changed and not repaired. I am a service class person and I bought such a Expensive bike because it was my dream and passion to own a Hero Honda karizma but after this unpleasant incident I m in a big shock because I have worked very hard to buy my dream machine. Your slogan is “Dash Ki Dhadkan” but after this incident my dhadkan has stopped.

Hero Honda is a No-1 Two wheeler Brand in India and while buying it i had a confidence that i am buying a world class product and will even get a world class after sales service but I m sorry to say that your service centre has shattered my confidence.

I expect this to be the last unpleasant incident and request you to please take necessary steps to get the Engine of my bike changed.
