My bike hero honda glammer 's centre lock not working, On 13.7.2011 I Put my Bike Glammer, Bike Registration No. DL9SAD7139 to M/s K.S. Automobiles for Bike Servicing after checking my bike Mechanic say your bikes lock faulty and replce it but service supervisor not agree to replace lock after a long 02 hours request he say me ok i place a order you conductme after one week, but they are not replaced above lock so i complaint customer care, and continue telephonic request he call me (mr. neeraj) on 5.8.2011 for recheck for bike I reached 0800am, neeraj say me you come after 1630pm, I went There at 16;30 to take Bike, I was shocked he say me above lock is not availabel in my store and he say i am not give warrenty for this lock I asked why, He was not able to give satisfied answer.
sir I lapsed a long 28 days, i complaint customer care and service centre many time they are not responding till date I am vey sorry to announce that i will never in my life will purchase anything related to Hero Honda Never will advice to anyone to go for this Company.
i am felling extreme humility & in my life i am going first time to consumer Court for this behaviour of Service provider.
