Hi I purchased cbz extreme from siva shanker automobiles in the year 2007 and the warrenty period would be completed by October. Now, the bike's silencer has a problem and needs to be replaced.however the dealer checked the servicing record and responding in a diplomatic way where in he is not replacing the silencer which he is supposed to and making all silly excuses and giving wrong information. As and when I go and ask about it he keeps on escaping from the situation and customer service is terribly poor. So could any of you look into it and do the needful.
