Poor after sales services

I have been a very loyal customer of Hero honda and on the same track i bought my second bike CBZ Xtreem in year 2008 and from the day first i faced some technical issues with my bike and i always get the issues noted down in Job card prepared at the time of service, finally with the kind support of agency the issue was resolved after almost 1 year.

further due to my loyal attitude i got my bike insured with hero honda showroom itself with there cashless scheme by paying higher premium then my existing insurer but after some time my bike met with an accident and some breakage took place in its voyager and since then i have visited more then 10 times to Tanushka Automobiles about availability of the same part but i always got excuse of non availability of the same, on one fine day i personally met with spare part manager and he was kind enough to note down my mobile no and promised me to make a call as soon as he would have received the said part from company and i was continuously waiting for months and again i visited to them and took there contact no. as i felt there business and then i continuously made them call but always i got same reply of non availability of part.'

I hereby would like to complaint against either company or dealer for not keeping an availability part of a bike which is still under regular selling.

It is really hampered mind set of mine and of course many of the customer of HERO HONDA who have positive image related to service in such a big brand would also be facing the same problem.
