My self Rajesh Shrivastava s/o Late Shri Vijay Shrivastava having Hero Honda Karizma ZMR (white) with Registration No.# MP-13-MH-8894. my complaint regarding the spare parts like Fuel tank and Side pannel of bike not available at Ujjain service center for last six months and the service dealers M/s. Kshipra & co. and M/s. Lohiya motors are not taking it seriously and delaying unneccesary.

Kindly resolve my matter and guide.
