Ihave purchased hero honda plus motorcycle on 3-11-08 from R.S Motors alambagh lucknow showrrom with no UP-32.CM 9491.Now IAm having engine problem in my motorcycle, though its run only 13900 km .as per company rules its comes under warraty period. So I went to company workshop and ask them to repair my bike but they refuse to do so by telling that all the Free services were not done on our workshop, so we cant take garannty for that. I talk to manager workshop also but he also tells the same story. Then I went to your station road Dealer SUNIL AUTOMOBILES and talk to manager workshop (Mr Srivastava), he told me taht RS motor people playing game. It is there duty to repair my motorcle as I purchase from there. Though they have taken the responsibility to repair mr vehicle engine as par company rules. Iam very much thankfull to SUNIL AUTOMOBILES. This is disgusting on part of RS Motors. So Its my humble request to the Area Head of HERO HONDA lucknow to take neccessary action against the R.S Motors manager.because this type of dealers give bad reputation of your company.
