I have purchased my bike from m/s chouhan automotive, station road Durg, I have taken my bike reg no. CG-07, LK-9649, at its service centre on dtd 24/12/09. my bike was serviced on the same date, but I was shocked as its side lamp indicator, horn, neutral indicator are not working, when I asked the service centre in charge he told me that it might be because of WASHING of the bike, and it will start functioning in one or two day when bike becomes dry. but still it is not working today on 28/12/09 I visited the centre with my complaint about poor servicing but their response was neutral, I have paid all the bills on dtd 24/12/09. They were not intended to rectify the problem. i am badly dissatisfied with this kind of services they have done. This type of service is disturbing and unexpected. Now I have decided not to visit this centre in future and I would also like to suggest my friends and family members not to buy any hero honda product and visit any show rooms. I will also narrate my story to all the person whom I know and who is directly or indirectly connected with the services of HERO HONDA ltd.
