Dear Manager,
We have purchased one Hero honda Passion plus from Kaleswar Motors, Berhampur, Ganjam. The motor cycle is belongs to the organization which is handed over to me. We are using that motor cycle in Puri of Orissa. The motor cycle is purchased from Berhampur bearing registration no. OR07-T 5307 i.e. the Puri show room is not taking care of free service with a "statement that you have purchased from Berhampur i.e we cannot take free service here" by the show room staffs. As per the facilities we have serviced the motor cycle at Golden Triangle Hero honda show room, VIP Road, Puri. Followings are the concern area of our complaint.
1. The Behaviour of the Herohonda showroom is not at all satisfactory rather than they are misbehave to the customers.
2. At the time of servicing they are not following their instruction given by the company like after water servicing they are not putting the air servicing.
3. Now the engine oil licking from the motor bike after 15 days of servicing.
This sort of behaviour by the show room is not all accepted. It creats a bad reputation of your company like Hero honda. Hope you understand the situation and act accordingly.
