I have purchased new Hero Honda Passion Pro under invoice no 013205 dated 21.01.2010 with Chasis No MBLHA10ERAGA19360 and Engine no HA10EDAGA38143. I have pruchased this motorcycle from Dealer Bikes Auto Near Vijay Cross Road Navrangpura Ahmedabad-380009 India. Mr Niraj was the sales purson form Bikes Auto.
I have a very bad expereience with this purchasing. From the day one i noticed the problem in right mirror and the same is acknowledged by Bikes Auto representative.
Inspite of my regular follow ups they are not giving any solution and all the time they are keeping the issue in round. Till date i have not recieved any solution for the problematic mirror.
This is for your kind reference to take up the matter suitably at your end.
