NON RECIEVE OF GIFT

Dear sir

I am Hero Honda good life pass port holder and no is 100200008011269 and have 11470 pts approx, i have approached to sai motors 5 times and always reply recd there is no gifts. Is there any shortage of gift if yes then, when i will receive gifts, after few months my validity will expire.

pl rectify the problem.
