I had purchaced a Hero Honda Pleasure from M/s Diya motors Kerala on December 22nd Engine number JF 16EBAGL22994, Chase number MBLJF16EDAGL20177, As i am based in Dubai and this scooter we had brought it for my father, at this old age now he has to run arround piller to piller for geting this soughted out.
Unfortunately it started giving trouble from very next week by not geting self started, so we send back to service center i.e (22Km away from our city) they kept it for three four days and rechecked and came out saying there is problem with battery, after a week again same problem so it became a repeated story for couple of times, now after a month agian same problem not geting started.
Please advice the step to be taken in this matter to get a value for our money.
We now deeply regret in buying this stuff.
