Hero honda plus byke

Dears,

This refers to the referance of complain no 01798709 for thept of my insured byke (No. DL13SG8699) that was theft on 15/11 after many many call the executive was sent to recieve the doc and now i have submitted all the rquire doccuments on 04/02 to Mr Sumit (Mob: 07838538143)

after that neithr i am getting any call from your side about my insured amount nor any status for the same.

So kindly let me know the status of the insured amount or any clarification required so please consider my request to resolve my problem as soon as possible.
