I used to get servicing of hero honda pleasure scooter from hero honda service centre unchahar. After 3rd servicing there was some problem observed in self starting perhaps battery was not getting recharged. So Today visited unchahar hero honda service centre and i was told it will take 7-8 hrs. I had given the vehicle and told that please complete the work by 6pm. Also check battery charging then I was told it is not possible only service shall be done and battery charging you have to do at your own.we have power problem and can not be done, thus they refused to do the work. I had no option and taken back my scooter without servicing as they were not willing to do service. The behaviour was also not good.
Also the servicing is not up to the standard of other city hero honda service centre and after servicing number of complain being observed.it is requested that hero honda should trained their service dealer properly how to talk to customers and how expert service can be provided using trained person to the satisfaction of customers . it seems to be very difficult to get good service from such type of behavior of service centre. may please look into it.
