Dear Team,
I have purchased a Hero Honda Splendor bike from your Panchkula (Haryana) agency on 3rd March. On 10th April, its rear tyre got punctured. When I tested the tube, it was automatically cracked. I called to same service center and told about it, they want to see the tube. I replaced the new tube and go to service center. They refused to replaced the tube by saying (Mr. Sunil-Customer Service Incharge) the words"this problem doesn't come under warranty".
After five days again I have Punctured the same rear tyre. Again no such type of Pin or any other thing found inside/outside the tyre.
So, it is clreared that the Quality of Tyre and tube (TVS Make), specially tyre is very very poor. I want to replace these tyres of my bike by MRF make.
I am not satisfied with mileage of the bike, it is giving 48KM/litre.
Also, the Front Light low beam reflection not ok.
I will discuss the Light Reflection and Mileage issue with your Panchkula service center in next service.
But you are requested to please arrange to replace my bike's both tyres with MRF make as soon as possible.
Also you are advised to do not use these poor quality of spare parts so that we dont loose our faith about Hero Honda quality assurance.
