HP Gas Complaints - DELIVERY NOT AS PER COMMITMENT

Dear Sir,

I have a great complaint with Hp Professional and its dealers. My consumer No. is 626880. we have this connection almost 5 yrs. ago. Wow days whenever we book the gas on online, our dealer "MADHU GAS AGENCY" never delivered the gas as per committed time since one week whenever i called (everyday) it will be deliver today. my recent online requesation date and no. Monday, September 07 and booking no. is 166400

So, you are requested to please look into this matter and delivery the requesrement on commited time
