I had purchased a hero honda karizma ZMR bike of black colour on 9th January from M/s Metro Automobiles, Rithala, New Delhi, having REGN . NO: DL11 SA 7486. With in two weeks of purchase, the bike Relay got out, i have to toll a bike on road by myself about 3 km to reach 2 my home and when i approach M/s Metro about this they told me to just bring the bike to Service Station, which is again 5 km from my residence. After making several request to dealer on phone about the bulkiness of bike they agreed to send the Engineer to my home. They have send the Engineer to my home after 7 hours of my call to them and they replace the faulty Relay and take my bike to the Service Center for further investigations.

This is very bad. Hero Honda is a brand name and the company implemented such cheap products that on running bike for only 200 Km, this thing had happened, what about the long run of bike in future? The biggest disappointment is that a trusted company like Hero Honda hasn't been able to match up to its customers expectations. I had also registered the complaint on Hero Honda Websites two time and they had given me the Complaint No. and told they will approach me, but till date nothing had happened. I think the site is only for viewing purpose, but no action had been taken after making the complaints on the site.
