Pathetic Service by Niksia Group United Agency

Hi Bought my new karizma R a week ago from Baramati showroom (Mahalaxmi Automotives). Due to the running done over 750 kms I decided to get it servised by Niksia Group United Agency @ Shivthirtha Nagar, Kothrud, Pune centre on Date 21/03. I left my bike there with Mr Mazire (supervisor) who inspected it before making a job card. I had following problems with the bike:

1. Front foot rest (left side) was not in a shape when I bought it from Mahalaxmi. Hence asked servise centre to replace it.

2. Gear shifting was very had (donno why?)

3. Pick up of bike was not as expected

In return when I came to take my bike's delivery folowwing had happened:

Point 1: Foot rest was not changed instead it was worsened to horrible shape! Foot erst was not changed due to stock was not available for a month!!!?? (Unbelivable in city like pune and that to for Hero bike)

Point 2 & 3 were addressed properly.

However, when I observe my bike properly I noticed a crack on front indicator and a scratch on ferring. This was quite visible! When I complained about it the service centre guy Mr Mazire & Amar (who did actual serviceing) denied the fact it was because of them.

This is the kind of pathetic service given by Niksia Group United Agency Pune. Please if any one from Hero Moto Corp is able to read this, I am requesting to remove Niksia Group United Agency as an authorised dealor for Hero Bikes. This puts on a BIG QUESTION MARK on Hero as a company.
