Mis Behavior & Bike Damage

Dear Sir,

I have given my bike to service and at the time of bike delivery heavy scratch on Mask and Service Center Manager denied to accept scratch done at service center person and also Mis behavior by Manager.

So kindly help and resolve this matter.
