Non delivered of gas cylinder after booking

Sir, myself KS Mehra Resi. of B-35/1 Rajiv nagar ext. Begumpur Delhi-110086. booked our gas cyl. on dt 06-08 but not delivered till date.

I make a phone call of our distributor but they deaf ear to it. I am facing its problem every month, i m very upset & purchase gas cyl. Rs- 500/- sir please help me.(my consumer no is-646608 & agency SURSUMAN GAS LTD. Located at Pooth Kalan DELHI-110086.
