Respected sir,
On 02/03 at 8.15 PM, I boarded a taxi (Wb04 C0971-driver Mr. Ramavtar singh-as told by him) alongwith my family from opening of bijon setu, ballygunge, Kolkata (WB) auto stand to Patuli (about 9 kms) The usual taxi fare comes 100-110 as I am a regular commuter on that route but the taxi's meter showed 138/=.When argued with the driver, he misbehaved and asked to pay the exact amount as showen in the meter. We were forced to pay the same. Sir, I request your good office to check all such faulty meters running in & around Kolkata for that the commuters ultimate suffer.
