I have purchased one Honda Unicorn vehicle from the dealer Vishnu Honda (Sree vishnupriya motors), visakhapatnam on april. After 2nd service, I found very durty noice from engine, same day handover the to service centre, he check the engine and found some baring was broken, they was taken 15 days for replace part. After replace the part still engine noise sound.have given so many complaints to the dealer that Unicorn is not working properly due to engine problem. I have mentioned that the engine gave more noisy and heat sound. Then, at every time I approached the dealer for repair, I requested them to look the engine problem and rectify the same. But, they have not responded and informed orally that we will see the engine till the vehicle run atleast 1500 km. Now, Unicorn crossed 4, 700 km. Still, the dealer has not cleared my doubt and rectify the engine problem.
As and when I approached for any repair, they orally informed that the spares to be replaced. Still my vehicle is not working properly even though I changed the spare parts as per the advice of the dealer. Hence, I am not satisfied the service of the dealer.
In this connection, I request you to kindly look into the matter immediately and instruct the dealer Vishnu Honda, visakhapatnam to replace my vehicle, as I am not in a position to bear more cost for repair charges.
