Poor after sales service

I buyed new Honda 250CBR on last june from HONDA Arya Bhangi, Aluva. After 1 month, I had a problem with the body part, one side of the body part is completely loose. So I gave my bike for repair along with first service on the end of next month. After the service they told me that the bike has been serviced and the problem with its body part cant be corrected as one of the part has to be completely replaced (charged Rs750 jsut for Oil Change). And they promised me it will be available in 2-3 weeks and will correct it. The condition in which I got was very pitiable as there were many scratches which made me even more sad, and they were not even ready to accept it..Its almost 5months and still they are responding the spare hasnt reached..As a customer, I am really worried with the kind of response and the future service too. Expecting a positive reply as soon as possible.
