Non receipt of activa del

Dear sir,

i have booked activa honda new model from your dealer chakradhar motors, surat.

i gave 1000 bkg.amount on 22 april to chakradhar`s sub dealer at kim.but till date i have not rec.my activa delevary,

on inquiry to chakradhar they are not giving proper reply.last week they told me to give full payment and told me that you will get within 15 days.i gave a chaque dated20th sept.but they didn`t encash the same.today they told me that now there is strike going in company so we cant del.you .so now wait for strike to called off.

so please let me know the waiting list of my bboking, and when shall i get activa.?

i feel some mischief has been played some where.because i know the people who booked in june and got the scooter.

so let me know the truth, and guide me if i can take help of caurt of law.
