I had given my honda activa for service and it is already 15 days. they say that the clutch bell had been damaged and it is under warranty period but requires confirmation from the company to change at their cost. when ever i enquired they say they had not received any reply from the company. they say the spare is worth 750/. the vehicle has done only about 6500kms. till today nothing has been done and i have to face the hardship due to non -availability of vehicle. Will the concern department look in to the matter.
