Irregularity/ poor service by Capital Honda, Delhi

I visited CAPITAL HONDA for first service of our Activa on 12 Aug. 2011. There was a dent on front side of activa and key socket displacement. They accepted to repair the Activa and also to do the first service of the vehicle which is provided by the company free of cost. They also gave us an estimate of Rs.1200-1300/- and informed to deliver the product on 13/8. We visit them on 13/8, but the vehicle was not serviced and I was informed to come next day. I again visited on 14/8 but the condition of the vehicle was not good and they have not repaired the vehicle. When we asked why the job was not done, they informed that it cannot be repaired further. I left my Active there for repair and inform me when it is done. But till today i.e. 15/8, I have not received any response from them.

Kindly expedite the matter why such a reputed company is having such irresponsible staff that they cannot give good after sale service to the customer. And Kindly inform why they are charging such a big amount for this job which we can got done for a meager amount.
