I have purchased a new honda activa scooter from a gwalior region dealer, after purchase of that vehicle there was a manufacturing defect in that, the front tyre has a problem.. on driving the vehicle, it mas an uneasy sound... and when i talked to them they took my scooter for repairing and after 4-5 days they called me to take back even that defect was not repaired and at the time of repairing they made many screatches on my vehicle... and they are not hearing ant complaint there...
so kindly help me sir...
