HONDA AVIATOR SCOOTER
Lock not functioning

Dear Sir

I have purchased a Honda aviator (Drum Blue) from Hasan Associates Pvt Ltd, Pudduchery vide Engine No. JF21E9218409 & frame No. ME4JF213FB8194966 on 22.7.2011.Neck lock of above said scooter not functional since Januay 2012 and said scooter under warranty period. Complaint lodge on 19.1.2012 during the servicing of above said scooter and again complaint lodged in the month of Mach but no action has been taken by concerned dealer.

In view of above it is requested that concerned dealer/company may please be directed to replace the lock to avoid any accident/theft.
